Good morning community.

As you might have noticed in our previous thread, we got new protection and a new IP.
As soon as we launched our servers, players experienced numerous problems:

- High latency (latency went up to +50ms)
- Connection errors / Steam authentication failure (A lot of players were not able to join the servers)
- FastDL problems (A lot of players were not able to download assets)

After we gathered some stats and errors, we decided to apply new settings to our protection.
Unfortunately we received even more problems with it. Later then it was discovered, that our fresh launched protection cannot work in the way we expected. With that, that protection is now obsolete. You can safely remove all the IPs.

Currently, we are setting up a whole new system. If everything works, we can get it ready in a few hours. I cant give you an exact ETA. It depends on how it works.

What you need to know:

- Remove any IPS including the latest one. You don't need them anymore.
- If it works out, we can get our new system ready today. *IF*

Do not post any posts about "Is it coming soon?" or any question with the same motive.

It will come when it comes.

They have taken the servers down themselves so they can fix the problems

When the servers are set up without issues and with the needed protection.
There no ETA.
