Summary: (Before i make this summery i want to say that yes i broke the rules and i deserve to be punished, but they broke more rules then i did.(Rdm/backseat admin/Nlr/attempting to prop block me/ooc insults and more.)Well basicly they put an advert saying anyone who eneters the Mtl is Kos, i then tell them they cant do that via ooc they change it to anyone who enters the Mtl was in trouble. (keep in mind they do not own the Mtl as it is a public place and they do not own all the doors just one corner base. They then atempt to Hostage me and i continue to tell me i was just walking on the streets that they could not do that. after i convinced them that they couldnt do that they said "oh well ill just mug you then" (they are gangsters they do not risk getting cought or getting arrested for mugging someone in the middle of the Mtl entrance. They then tried forcing me into a corner which i was already off fear rp as they hit me multiple times. this is the evidence.

At this point I just think you have a hate towards me and donut. You seem to be mad that I posted a BR on you and that donut added evidence. In the video you clearly try to bait me into breaking the rules. You also break FearRP many times after by not complying to our orders.

This just seems like you want revenge for us posting a BR on you which I believe isn't allowed.

As i watched those videos, im not exactly seeing the infractions on the accused sides?

You went near their gang's territory, they tied you up, told you to not come back, and tried to force you out of the area.

What i DO see, is you baffleingly breaking fearRP for almost a solid 20 minutes, screaming about rules that dont exist and policys that also dont exist.

So please elaborate on what exactly they did wrong in your own words?

i was walking by the Mtl, which is a public area that cannot be owned by Criminal organizations. And they are gangsters. Gang members try to do crime without causing attention or without risking getting arrested. Is an industrial area. Industrial areas seem to be filled with camaras and workers. Now the server being empty is an out of character statement. They were having guns out randomly asking everyone to leave the Mtl as if they owned it, they even aimed a gun at sirwulf when he was not even involved in the situation.

and im pretty positive you cannot aim guns at people just for walking in a public area. Also they did not try to kick me out of the area they kicked me out of the Whole Mtl which is again a public area unless they own all the doors and claim it.

Nothing lists this, and has ever listed this, what your thinking is the main street in the city that cannot be used for pure contra baseing purposes with no RP intent.

We do not have crime location rules anymore, and have not for almost 8 months now, if they wish to take the risk and comit a crime in a location thats not essentialy the Nexus lobby, then they are free to take that risk

They had guns out because they wanted you to leave, thus not random, they are free to commit these crimes as they wish but they risk the government cracking down on them, they appeared to aim at sirwulf as he drove up and they even told him to just keep on driving, and he smartly did.


This entire situation you posted seems to have been caused by your refusal to abide by fearRP, and by citeing old policys that are no longer aplicable.

I was a witness to the last part of the event. I drove into industrial and witnessed two men with weapons threatening a gun dealer in plain sight. At the time no police were available so I did not report it.

I entered MTL to check on the ownership of the property. Nothing I saw was owned, though I didn't enter the main doors of the large building.

On my way out I saw the three of them still arguing so I slowed down (I'm the blue vehicle in the third video). I was asked to leave at gunpoint so I drove to the end of the tunnel and stopped. An officer was now on duty so I reported the incident. The officer arrived right when I saw the two with weapons running off. As soon as the officer started running down the tunnel, both of them logged off.

To me I see FailRP on both sides, both were spending more time arguing rules then role playing. However I'd like to add in Disconnecting to Avoid Arrest to the list. Both of them hung around until the officer started chasing after them.

Owning the MTL does not give you ownership of the Industrial, the issue your seeing here is that they forced out out of gang territory, which is allowed, they did not kill you, they did not hurt you until you wasted almost 10 minutes of their time and continued to break fearRP. 

I'm amazed they did not shoot you sooner, for if they had then you might have had a valid point, as they would have simply invalidly killed you, but because you constantly refused to abide by their instructions, flat out ignoreing them at every step of the way to the point of returning back to where they just said to stay away from, you gave them that valid reason.

Far as I can tell this entire situation is your fault, if you had just followed fearRP, they would have tied you up, threatened you, let you go and that would have been that.

Instead you argued with them, broke fearRP repeatedly ontop of failRP by just going right past the guy once they let you go, right back to being held at fearRP again.

They detained you for being in their gang territory, and then told you to not come back and escorted you out.

Unless you have proof that the only reason they let you go was the fact you said "Im recording" It cannot be said that was why they did let you go.
