Suggestion for Ingame: Add Pepper spray!

In Detail, Explain your Suggestion: So! Pepper Spray! Topping off the most spicy list, wait... But yeah, this should be added as a non-lethal deterrent to repel anyone that looks as if they were to harm you. Why Should This be Implemented? To deter a player who looks as if they would hurt you. Also, remove the uh spazzy thing when a player gets sprayed.

+Support, I think this would be a awesome idea but I think there also should be a new FearRP rule added that you're not allowed to use pepper spray if you have more then 1 weapon pointed at you..
