We pulled him over for speeding, he fled us and went into someones house. We tased him, searched him and he had a gun on him. He also stepping on the dead body behind him, as well as another outside and mine. After this he respawned as Corleone, loaded a gun and tried to kill us once, we killed him and then he killed us after respawning and breaking NLR again.

SWAT comes. Kills them. They respawn, load guns, get killed again. Respawn, load, die. When one die, other guy stamps on friend. Other guy gets killed. Repeat again. Repeat again maybe. Maybe again. Just a bit more. One randomly backstabbed James too.

I can confirm the accused did indeed break the aforementioned rules as I was a witness.

Evidence shows that the player Boris is breaking fearRP but the evidence lacks context and information to prove anything else. 
I'm afraid that the evidence doesn't prove the RDMing/Revengekilling due to names not showing and the logs not being implemented at the same day that the map was put on EU. I apologize for the inconvenience but I'll keep a close eye on these players for the future.
