Time: What time did it happen? 5:55+ PM

Summary: As seen in the video, the accused player with the job name "Citizen" was not fleeing the shootout when it happened but is helping the criminals kill the cops. At that time my job was Confidential Informant and I was basically a spy for the government. I've spotted some people with weapons and illegal items so I've made requests for the police to show up.

The accused player didn't flee the combat zone therefore resulting in breaking rule (2.1f)
"Do not run into or loiter around extremely dangerous or life-threatening situations, such as a fire or raid, as a citizen or someone without the appropriate job."

Not only did he run around the general area while it was during a raid but also followed up and helped the criminals to tell them that I am an informant. 

After I re-spawned I see his job as a "Car thief" and stole and brought my car back to me, without my request (Not that it is relevant) as seen in these photos here.
