Server [US/EU]:i know its EU but i dont know about US

Description:when i goes to use the policedb and look for a car plate like BLOOD it doesnt find it 
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]:in game
Since when have you experienced the bug? not sure

no longer an issue
works like 95% of time
so most like a user error or other factor eg player no longer online for rest
