Who We Are
ProTech Incorporated is a multinational company that is in a wide variety of markets, and prides itself on offering Professional Technologies and employing Professional Technicians.

History
ProTech was founded in 2006 as PaniTech Security in San Paro after the need for better security was recognized due to the rapidly growing crime rate and increasing ineffectiveness of the SPPD. It was in San Paro that PaniTech designed, created, and perfected their revolutionary security systems and other operations. After 8 months of incredible success in San Paro, PaniTech Security started expanding to other major cities. By 2009, PaniTech had operations in the 50 largest U.S. cities, and began focusing on providing their services in every city, regardless of size.

On March 27th, 2017, PaniTech created ProTech as a subsidiary company. ProTech then created a dummy subsidiary company, and merged PaniTech with the dummy subsidiary while also converting all of PaniTech's shares into ProTech shares. With ProTech now the parent company, the company was able to expand operations beyond security services, without diluting the PaniTech name.

Current ProTech subsidiaries: 




PaniTech Security is ProTech's biggest subsidiary, and primary source of income. They offer services ranging from simple panic buttons to posted Security Specialists to keep all of their customers safe.

Button with Government Alert: $500 Install (FC Fine: $100)

Button with only PaniTech Response: $500 Install (FC Fine: $500)

Button with PaniTech Response and Government Alert: $500 Install (FC Fine: $600)

Security Cameras

Button activated Camera: $1000 Install (FC Fine addon: $100)

Continuously Monitored Camera: $1500 Install, $50 a day monitoring.

Security Specialists

Patrol Route: $100 a day.

Patrol Route with check-in: $150 a day.

Posted Security Specialist: $250 a day per Specialist.

Please note: FC Fines are only charged when PaniTech makes contact with the account holder and determines that the alert was placed without there actually being a threat. If the account holder makes contact with PaniTech and cancels the alert before PaniTech makes contact, the fines will be reduced to 10% of the stated fine.

H&S Super Service

H&S was a small company covering a couple of counties when PaniTech contracted with them to handle maintenance of the PaniTech fleet in the area. Impressed with their professionalism, ProTech bought the company and set it up as a subsidiary, with the original owners still in charge. H&S is currently working on expanding into more areas with ProTech's assistance.

PharmaTech

After the reorginization, ProTech decided to expand into the Pharmaceutical industry. To do this, they hired chemists, biologists, and chemical engineers, bought up manufacturing rights for widely used drugs, and set about coming up with new ways to mass produce them at a cheaper cost, and pass the savings on to bulk buyers.

Due to mass forum inactivity in this clan topic I am requesting some kind of update or proof of ingame activity, if this cannot be provided or an update is posted stateing this clan is now closed within 48hrs it will be moved into the Closed area of the Clan Forums.

At this moment we have limited our operations to Rockford only.

(Basically until there is a Dupe Transfer system we can only run on Rockford, which is never active when I'm able to play, so that causes some problems.)

In other news, the PaniTech division is currently upgrading their fleet of Patrol and Response vehicles.



The Jeep Grand Cherokee takes the role of the new patrol vehicle. It offers a great combination of visibility, power, off road performance, on road comfort, and road presence, all of which make it a perfect vehicle for patrolling our customer sites.

The Chevrolet Tahoe takes the role of our new response vehicle. With its sturdy construction, strong engine, and excellent AWD, this provides a nearly unstoppable transport to ensure our teams are able to respond to customer problems no matter what is in its way.
