In detail, explain your suggestion:
Add a third pass colour besides green and blue. Its purpose would be to fill the niche in which non-government officials enter in a contract with the government. 
Why should this be implemented?
"Visitor" and "Presidential Company" are mostly not appropriate for third parties that assist the government for a mutual benefit. The third pass could be used for passiveRP companies such as road and power line maintenance (so the police know they are authorized to conduct repair works and not to bother them), for private military companies hired to assist the police or protect the nexus, and any specialists the government may hire to temporarily assist in government activities.

Other examples - scientists/doctors who are hired by the government to investigate a quarantined area. Janitors in the nexus. Private chef for the president/vice (this one can be covered by "presidential company" but imo it's better used for friends and relatives).


The mouseover "name" for this pass would be something like "government contractor" .

I really like this idea cuz Presidential Compajy does not reflect gov-workers in general.

A red pass will be avail for presidential company (custom security, chefs etc)

Blue pass for hired contractors (border patrol, road maintenance etc)

Approved and will be live later
