Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> 



In detail, explain your suggestion: Presidents should be able to give out Nexus passes (Visitor and Presidential Company)




Why should this be implemented? It's rare that somebody is roleplaying as a NDS, and I wish to still be able to use the pass system, as it helps keep things organized and to not have complications with officers arresting guards or visitors.
