Time: What time did it happen? (In GMT) Yesterday idk

Report reviewed and approved.

Closing notes:
Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused players was found violating rules regarding FearRP.
Because both reported players have 100+ hours of playtime respectively they should be fully aware of our FearRP rules and as a result will each receive a 2 day suspension.
