Shit I was in Belgium last week. Good thing I'm not trapped there now, as I assume it would be very difficult to leave without undergoing rigourous checks.

The Belgian authorities believe it may be down to the fact of the reason arrest of one of the paris attack assailants, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't planned for the month he was on the run.

I was waking up late as usual with my mum yelling at me to get up (I'm Indian what do you expect... punctuality??? HA fuck that shit). So I do what I usually do and say "I'm up", then go on the news, then refresh it and I see this and my heart literally drops and I feel so depressed.
However this does open eyes making people realise how safe we actually are...

Absolutely terrible what happened.
It's a shame that people have to live with that nagging feeling of fear in the back of their heads.
