I feel this add-on will change the police RP quite substantially. It tracks arrests, warrants and current wanted people.

Why should this be implemented? This addon will change police RP quite a lot, it will add more of an RP and really just make policing a massive fuck load better. 

Although it does cost money, it is only $5 and from the previous expenditure reports, I think we can spend some money on a script or two.
