Summary: multiple players broke the rules I'm gonna mention each player and the rule with evidence in the videos.

First he stared by randomly hostaging me for unknown reasons at that time. When I questioned him on why he has hostaged me he gave me an unclear reason thus meaning he didn't really have one. The reason he stated could be found in the second video (Titled 2) in 4:00 (My ShadowPlay didn't record my mic so it didn't record me asking him but that was his response to why he was hostaging us)

He also hostaged two other citizens for absolute no reason. He just saw him drive near their base shot him while the citizen was in the car and hostaged him alongside me. (This can be found in very end of video 1 and the start of video 2)

Plus he sort of left us without looking after us for a couple of times for a short period of time wither it counted as he was looking after us or not its up for the staff to decide (Rule 8.5)

At around 9:50 Into the second video (Video 2) I think he was shoot dead by a cop. Fair enough that the police officer did break FearRP but he came back after he died, breaking new life rule. He comes back at 13:13 and admits of breaking NLR.
