Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> in-game

In detail, explain your suggestion: A chat command which when executed opens up a steam overlay webpage which leads to either our forum content page or the steamworkshop collection

Why should this be implemented? Would be easier for new players to quickly and easily get the server content, as Im redirecting alot of new players by typing the link in the OOC. This command would make it easier for everyone.

What the actual command should be, is up to the devs.
