Hello.

So a few minutes ago i just bought 16 Moneypacks that cost me around 22 pounds and i recieved them everything was fine. But then when i tried to change skin on my Female model and tried to buy the Military Female Suit. It wouldn´t go thru, "You don´t have the required donation perks" or whatever it said. What i want is either a refund and i´ll change them all to donator status OR a basic refund.. Or if you give me access to the perk manually.
