Summary: Alright, so, this is both game related and forum related,
as seen in the first video, I had a gun on Epicworlds, telling him to stop moving, I had my gun out at all times, he then proceeded to take his gun out and attempt to kill a cop (For no reason what so ever) so I shot him, he then started all capsing in OOC screaming (LOL WHAT XDDD soz caps) or something like that, then "Did you really lose that fight glock vs awp?" then later in the video, you can see him leaving to avoid losing his gun.

In the second video, hes on the server again (he rejoined) 
So, he basically did /me takes his phone, which I immediatly think is him stealing my phone, and it was.. cause he then proceeded to yell "ITS JUST A PRANK BRO".
I pulled my gun on him, telling him to stop moving but he still got in his trabant and reversed off, so I shot his car as a warning shot, he then got out saying "Thats an invalid reason to kill" talking about an RDM, eventho I never actually killed him, he then at 1 minute into the 2nd video claims it was his phone, eventho, the forum post he made on me claims that he stole my phone? so... long story short,
FearRP was broken.
Lying in an admin case.
Rejoins to get car back and / or not lose his gun.

I honestly wasnt paying attention that he had a gun on me. And I wasnt attempting to kill the cop i wanted him to leave.

This will be approved due to the fact you was found violating the rule 2.1.

You had several guns pointed at you, and you still decided to take your gun out and do attempted to shoot. It doesn't matter if you "wasn't paying attention", in a situation like that you should always be paying attention.
