Rogue Team of Cerberus Operatives Slaughter Police

A lot of unanswered questions remain with regards to yesterday's eruption of violence between rogue Cerberus International agents, Department of Homeland Security agents and the local police force in EvoCity. However, the most important question is: how did the event start? Who is to blame for this disaster? As of now, the evidence seems to be pointing towards the incompetence of higher-ranking officials in the Department of Homeland Security, this is given due to the fact that only a handful of people have the capabilities and motives to to fool the general public. Yet,  some speculate that a team of rogue Cerberus International agents may also be to blame. 


In a standoff, DoHS agents refused to drop their weapons despite being outnumbered to a colossal degree. This ignorance is what raised tensions so high that weapons were discharged for a prolonged period of time; a source whom wishes to remain anonymous reported that DoHS agents were the first to fire, and that their motive was to provoke the Cerberus agents to fire upon civilians in an attempt to devalue their morals. However, their aim was unsuccessful as no civilian casualties were sustained but all government forces on scene endured critically injuries although none were executed.

In response to this horrific event, Cerberus International officials dispatched an elite team to neutralise and capture the reprobates. Upon their successful capture, they were sent to Guantanamo Bay detention camp for indefinite detention without trial. It was reported that the rogue agents were hungry for power and money. Cerberus International officials also apologised for the event and have offered to pay reparations to the families of the deceased  until deemed otherwise necessary; this includes paying for funeral costs and college fees for children.

In an act of good faith, Cerberus supplied protection to the President of EvoCity. Notwithstanding this fact, some units belonging to a S.W.A.T team chose to fire upon and attack the Cerberus agents. This demonstrates the clear mindlessness of the DoHS as well as the internal government of EvoCity.
