Title says my question. Reason why I'm asking is because I'm seeing more and more people using a Teamspeak 3 private channel to coordinate IG actions and I wasn't sure whether this was within the rules or not regarding metagaming.

It really depends what you say
i.e.

"Help some guy just tied me up" = Metagaming
"Shit, help armed men are running towards me, there about 150 feet away" = Not Metagaming

You may use the designated IC channels on TeamSpeak to communicate.
