Do not mess with us. Do not disrespect us. And most of all, Do not. look down at us. We respect nobody but our own men. and possibly an associate. This mafia keeps silent. We do not talk to citizens. Unless we are meeting or killing someone. For important reasons. Please do not bother us, or we will bother you. And your associates.

The Ruzkov Pact of Chlenstvo

The RPC is a pact that states you are a member of the Ruzkov. This Pact will start your real life. This pact only requests a few things. 

1: A tattoo of the symbol of Ruzkov on the back of your neck.

2: Swear on your life and will, that you will never disrespect anyone within the Ruzkov Union.

3: To follow all commands from Pakhan and Sovietnik

4: To always support the Ruzkov Union in any situation.

5: To believe in the Ruzkov like a religion (not ooc)

6: To always do a Ruzkov salute to your highers.

7: Your life.

If any of these promises are broken then you will suffer, but not death, just suffer. Depending on what you have done.

The Outfit

Anybody who is part of the Ruzkov will have to follow the Ruzkov Code.

The Ruzkov code is simple.

 A Ruzkov pin, handed to you by the Pakhan.

A black suit. 

Black Hair.

White Shirt.

The Ruzkov Symbol Tattoo.

Weaponry.

The Ruzkov Union uses weaponry, but only in some situations. These weapons were picked by the best gunmen in Ruzkov.

Weapon 1: Galil or Ak47 (exceptions)

Weapon 2: MR96 Revolver (exceptions)

Also kevlar will be needed as well as a health pack.

The Heiarchy is a tree of ranks within the Ruzkov Union

Operations

Operations is key to the Ruzkov Union, we provide people with each detail of each operation, making sure that the entire Ruzkov knows what will happen. Each member will have a unique and important role in each operation, these can be from legal work, to dirty work, to planning work, to infantry work. Anything can happen in an operation and that is why each role has protection. And if one role fails, operation fails. Remember that.
