Suggestion: reduce front end explosions on cop vehicles due to pushbar unless speed exceeds X mph

I've blocked a vehicle with my pushbar several times and exploded and it just makes sense to have it not made out of plastic

+support Pushbars are made for pushing things. So, at low speed it would seem reasonable that the vehicle should be a lot stronger in the front until enough speed is applied to make it moot.
