Powergaming - Invalid Demote Reason - Metagaming

Individual, Canadian Eh (STEAM_0:0:67250650) was a civilian during a situation that Diekman (STEAM_0:0:26708350) had started. This included insults over OOC for his demotion for disrespect IC'ly that he started against an officer along with the Sergeant of police and escalated into disrespect over OOC and claims that Toxic had been trolling around as Sergeant. 

Because of this, Canadian Eh, seeing as there was a full police force, switched to the Presidential role and took advantage of his power to demote a law enforcement member and took the job away from Toxic and then proceeded to switch to the Sergeant role himself and when called for a reason he said that "He must have been trolling so it was needed" or something of the similar. This is all acquired through chat logs.

The situation created by Diekman was a misunderstanding on his part. We rolled up to the PD to await another law enforcement member but as he, Katyusha, was spawning his car he had managed to have it come crushing on top of him. We laughed OOC'ly and Diekman then went on a rampage and after he believed we were insulting his Taurus. 



The following image is representing the Sergeant's reason for demotion, which is likely false and was just a mask to cover his own desire to be the Police Sergeant in an already full class.

I was on at the current time and though not pictured Nevy is telling the truth in his post. I witnessed the situation as I attempted to take the Presidential spot, he had beaten me to it.

As I was the one demoted, in one factor Canadian went off on an assumption that I was "trolling" without posing any questions to me, instead taking Diek's word on the whole scenario. Another problem with that is I had previously demoted Diek for disrespecting me and never quite directly. Diek was quite aggressive and took his demotion personally.  However,  it really is Canadian who's at fault for abusing the president spot simply to demote me and take my job, even regardless of the circumstances leading up to it.

From looking at the logs further, i can see Canadian Eh insulting players in OOC too, so a ban will be issued. As for Diekmann, a OOC blacklist will be issued.
