For me when I attempt to click on the "World" tab it does nothing and  whatever my current URL is on the forums it adds a "#" to the end:

Example: https://limelightgaming.net/forums/newth...hp?fid=203 (BEFORE) 
               https://limelightgaming.net/forums/newth...hp?fid=203 (AFTER)
