Smith while serving in the USCM

Winston Smith was born into a middle-class family in Glasgow, Scotland in 1982. He attended primary and secondary school, before joining the British Army at age 18, and the SAS at age 19. When he was 22, he left the SAS and applied to join Strathclyde Police, where he served for another five years, becoming a Sergeant.

He was then offered a job by old army friend Alex Robsin in the United States Colonial Marines. He became a Major in the USCM, and took charge of several USCM operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2015, he went undercover with Police Scotland in order to find out about an investigation into USCM activities. Then, after Alex Robsin was killed by the Lombardi Family he became the Commander of the USCM, eventually reforming it into WY-Sec. When Alexander Heafy was kidnapped by unknown terrorists, Smith became the CEO of Weyland-Yutani for a week, instituting major reforms before it was closed down.

In late 2015, Smith was selected by the EvoCity Government to head the new EvoCity Child Protection Agency, a role which he now carries out.
