So basically whenever I try to edit something on the forum, the actions like bold or centered I can't do, if I do font face and write, it writes normal and when I refresh, its back to normal "Font Face" I don't know if this is a bug or anything but its really tugging me since i'm writing pages and that.

the only msn browser I can find refers to something from dial-up internet era.
Whatever it is, I suggest you convert to chrome or firefox as soon as you can. Then report back if this is still happening.
