I had turned the corner to the corleone tunnel on the opposite side and was accelerating at the time due a patrol car parked in the road. As I turned towards the tunnel I had a lag spike and hit, as far as I know four of the Helghan army members who were having a party at the roadside, which couldnt have been seen from the other side of the slope on the corner. [color=rgb(68, 68, 68)]This was totally unavoidable with the space given and was not intentional, hitting space bar during my lag spike made no difference meaning that I was unable to stop before hitting the group. I was given no chance to explain and was straight up blacklisted for the incident.[/color]

Well to be honest i lagged aswell here dunno why but all of a sudden my game froze and then Evilmat run over 4 pepole from this clan gang going on there i dont see why evilmat should do this on porpouse (whatever grammar)

Well, no we were not having a party there if I may say, we were marching on the side of the road. You should know better and drive safer in that area. I understand that it may not have been intentional, however that does not excuse it.

You're telling me that the reason you ran all those people over is because you lagged. I'd like a better reason than that please, because that is a very weak excuse to use.

I explicitly remember also hitting a balloon prop along with a table and cake, making me think it was a party. You'd been standing around rather than marching.

I was not prepared for about 20 odd people to be on the other side of the corner, when that corner is normally clear of people, I would also normally brake and then accelerate into that corner as I did. The only reason that they were hit is because of the location they were in, being on the roadside combined with a momentary lag spike as I turned meaning that I likely either would have had the left command continued by the client or by overcorrecting as it started to become playable.

My lag spike was out of the blue as i'd been able to drive without one all the way from the city to the straight between the bar road corner and the corleone tunnel. If i'd been lagging more i'd have been much more prepared and driving much slower, rather than driving like I usually would.

As Pinky lagged at the same instance, this could have been down to it having to render all of your HL2 playermodels as we turned the corner. As my game would not normally need to render this number of people at a time while driving.

We were moving from the lake to the radio tower, and we were not partying. Those were people goofing with us and setting up water stations while we were marching. Whether or not you were prepared is not my fault nor those on the side of the road.

It's also not our fault you're not use to your computer rendering. You should have been more aware while driving.

Pinky lagging could be a mere coincidence and should not justify you being unblacklisted. You claiming lag as an excuse for running over 4 people is not a valid excuse, I do not believe it was intentional but I do believe you were ignorant and careless. You should have been more careful and aware.
