Can I run Grand Theft Auto V with these specs? (I don't care if low settings or high settings)



Intel® Core™ i7-4790 Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.00 GHz)
16 GB RAM DDR3
Nvidia GeForce 705 2 GB (Yeah, GeForce 705, it's a thing, ill upgrade to 960 in a couple of months)
2 TB Hard Disk
Windows 8.1 64-bit

Yeah you'll be able to run it on low at least, just google 'Nvidia 705 GTA V' and you'll see a couple of gameplay videos such as this one:
