Suggestion for in game

In detail, explain your suggestion: Add a civilian buyable and driveable crown victoria for a cheaper price.

Why should this be implemented? The Crown Victoria is widely used by everything from police, to FBI to security, and even just normal citizens. it would be a perfect car for many different roleplays besides just police and its dirt cheap and reliable.
