In detail, explain your suggestion:

I think adding Police Line tape is working with like the tools for example you can get this material from the tools like the Rope or which ever one it is. It would add Extra RP when say like a crime scene is happened and police need to block off the area they could add the Tape and the Cones instead of blocking the roads of by the cars because Citizens might think they have just been left there

Why should this be implemented?

It will add extra RP within the game and be more realistic.

Uhh "rope is a banned tool" but hydraulics can have the same look and arent banned? Jeeze if you want to be like that about it, just add it as a texture to the hydraulic!

Could even be a donator perk if it's risk of abuse that's the issue. It's only aesthetics for roleplay after all.
