Remove RPP from SWAT Van

In detail, explain your suggestion:

I feel that having RPP on SWAT Van is not needed because I think it should be part of donator and if you have donator you are able to buy the SWAT Van because as you need donator to become SWAT so it will make more sence. I do not believe it is correct to have RPP on the SWAT Van.

Why should this be implemented?

Because it will make more sence because you need donator to become SWAT so you should need donator to be able to buy the SWAT Van.

It has the RPP restriction for a reason. So not just anyone can buy it, then start minging with it.
It is for the ones who have shown themself in RP.
