Giving the players freedom in role play is always great, sounds fair to me.

If you wanted something which is 'pay to win in aesthetics only', you could offer a 'clan content pack'. This could include files up to 15MB which you want included in the server, and only the donator, and whom they want to receive said content will. (Basically allows for clan/people only content, and would provide a large incentive to donate to the server.)

This would also improve the general feel of playing on the server, and may act as a further incentive for clanRP to be a larger thing.

I want to see a raise in proplimits, given that dupes and whatnot will be spawned without constraints as a regularity, if that is so I wouldn't see any issues granting a gradually higher prop limit per package or so.
