Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> Forum

In detail, explain your suggestion: Update the rules page and make a button/page for it

How should the developers add this? (BE DETAILED WITH EVERYTHING!) Update this https://limelightgaming.net/derma/rules.html

Why should this be implemented?

It is horribly outdated, uses the old logo and at the moment you cant view the rules easily from the forums.

And I cant really read the rules in-game when I am banned.
