'Doom' was fine, but he was running around the back parking lot and yelping like crazy. Little guy was lost, I'm pretty sure he's only a year old. My coworker ended up going to the lady's house and driving her over. Tbh I probably would've adopted him if he didn't have an owner, he was such a good dog.
