Explain your suggestion, in detail:
There should be a functional billiards/pool table similar to the Texas Hold'em Table in the misc category.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
This would add more things to do in-game and open up more roleplay opportunities. People can host tournaments and have these in bars, and it would give more reasons for people to visit and stay longer at such places, creating more roleplay scenarios and interactions in return.

Any kind of minigame would be a nice addition to the overall rp. My working pooltable dupe mainly used in the diner allows me to add a bit mroe depth to it but most importantly find something to bridge the gaps between player interactions and larger rps. (btw that one is available in the public folder). But a premade better functioning minigame would be awsome.

Think about it: you really like playing paramedic but there is not much to do: have a brake play some pool whilst you wait for a call
Your running a busines like a bar or diner and theres few customers (or your trying to keep the customers a little longer) -> pooltable
Running a criminal organisation and need to discuss a deal add some rp to your drug den, or are you just waiting for your drugs to be done...

Any kind of minigame would be awsome.
