Suggestion:
Add a guides section to the F1 menu, this could include guides for the basic jobs in the server (Police, ERT, President, Gun dealer, etc). Possibly also guides on stuff like vehicles (how to spawn cars, despawn, refuel and repair, etc). Possibly change the commands tab to "Guides" and add the command list as a section within it.

Community input could be requested on content for individual guides and could suggest tips and tricks. Currently the guides on the forum are disorganised and vary in quality. 

Why:
Will help new players get the most out of the different roles and features of the server, will free up staff time answering entry level questions such as "how to despawn car, car out of fuel, why cant I fix my car". New players wont always seek out answers, and sometimes the right people arent available to give the answers to them - they will simply leave.
