Description: While running vehicle plates in the police database via my Dodge Charger Interceptor, I'm occasionally falsely alerted that a vehicle owner is offline and therefore cannot run the license plate. This has occurred three times since the 23rd of February, and the last time was yesterday. Two of the times, it was the Golf GTI with the same owner/user. I don't remember the third one, unfortunately.
Bug observed since: 23rd February 2025.

Steps to Reproduce: Run a vehicle's license plate via /policedb while the owner is online and try getting the message.
