Explain your suggestion, in detail: Currently, Material URL tool forces any uploaded material to be public, and available for use by everyone. Including a 'private' checkbox tag to hide certain materials, that a user spent time into making and would like to keep private, would be very useful.

Explain why your suggestion should be implemented: Players could spend time designing custom materials and then they would be made available for use by every player, it could discourage players from making custom, unique designs, only available to them.

I was literally just bringing this up when I was trying the material URL tool earlier.

I wanted to use it on a dupe but was discouraged when i saw the links are available to every other player.
