Explain your suggestion, in detail:

A few of us briefly discussed in Discord that Paramedics have a very important role in RP's reviving people when needed yet very few people take that role

My suggestions are here with the goal to make the paramedic role more fun and add changes that would also bring more rp's to the paramedic.

One of them would be adding a detachable stretcher from the EMS van, so the paramedic can bring it out, put an injured person on it, take it to the hospital, etc. (Give a bit more freedom)

The second would be a more advanced healing system. Right now once you are injured, you can see what type of injuries the person has. I would suggest having two classes of injuries, simple injuries that can be healed and the person revived using a medkit and severe injuries where the person can be revived using a medkit but only to say 50-60% of their health. The rest of the health can be replenished at the hospital or department using a "heavy medkit" that can only be used at the hospital/fire department.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
This would allow more rp's for the paramedics to take back patients if the player wants their full HP back and for players to visit the hospital and FD if they had a severe injury, motivating for Doctors to be involved as well. 



This is just my take, please feel free to point and any flaws and suggestions you might have.
