Explain your suggestion, in detail:
A pop-up changelog in-game for returning players that has been away x amount of time.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Gets returning players an overhaul of what is new on the server, example down below:

It'd be pretty good if the Welcome Screen on the F1 menu was exchanged for this tbh as that menu is kind of just useless anyways.
