Title:
Update the F1 Menu

Desription:

1. Make the "Welcome" section of the F1 Menu show an updated list of recent updates and remove old updates from it.

2. Disable the "Cards" tab until we actually have a Cards event.

Why?:
Our current "Welcome" screen shows many years of outdated updates, dating back to 2016, but are missing our new ones.
Also, the Cards are no longer redeemable or useful other than memoralabia.
To be clear, the card items should be kept, just the tab disabled until we have a new event.
