Description: /hud rebuild breaks the hud, Probably can just be removed as i believe this was mostly for the previous HUD.
Bug observed since: Now (Likely since HUD Swap)

Removed /hud tint|reset|regen|rebuild. Removed "Toggle Tint" from C Menu : 7cb60c0
