Summary:
Fr!et knowingly broke FEAR RP rules as shown in the video when I attempted to arrest them and search them. My firearm was clearly pointed at Fr!et the entire time.

I told them and shouted to them in the mic to turn around and face and go against the wall. I also told them this in chat to be extra clear, as you can see in the video.
Instead of following the fear rp you can see them on multiple occasions saying "No you can't" "no reason" "i'm not facing anything, fuck you" and things like "reporting this" in OOC, and they ignored my fear rp commands the entire time.

I would expect someone like Fr!et with the almost 2000 hours that they have to follow this basic rule of fear rp.

Second time yes, after my NLR was over, and you had an active arrest warrant, we (police) chose to come to your house and arrest you, nothing wrong there. This still does not excuse you from heavily breaking fear rp in that way. You need to follow fear rp even if you think I have no reason, (which i did have),

I admit I should've acted differently, but you must understand that from my perspective this looked like Revenge, you driving up to the same place you died before, to Ram a door and cuff me without saying a word. I do apoligize to @bananen_ephihal‍  for my actions and should've handeled the situation in a more mature way

So some of this was resolved in-game by @Dick‍:
The reason for @bananen_ephihal‍ being at that situation.


Even if during a situation you think a rule has been broken, you should contact a member of staff through the @ command and then continue to follow the rules whilst you wait for a member of staff to intervene in the situation, therefore fearrp should still be followed.

@bananen_ephihal‍ please in future when asked if there is anything else that needs to be raised/talked about please do mention something like this in future. I'm aware that fearrp is difficult to prove without video evidence, but by raising awareness to the fact that you have video evidence allows for the member of staff to either receive the video evidence in-game or ask you to place a player report which allows for the reported player to have an awareness of the report as well.
