Explain your suggestion, in detail: Put the Gaming, Movies and TV, Music, Hobbies as subforums for the Off-Topic section to reduce the clutter.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: The expansion of the forums to include ADS as well as the creation of some subforums have resulted in the forums going from 1 page worth of stuff to 3.
