I know who this is regarding and I don't see how It was RDM. He was a corrupt chief who arrested me before the investigation started in my business, and then shut down my business, and had prior RP of him using illegal police tactics (entrapment). So without a president to speak to, and him denying my request of taking it to court to resolve it peacefully, I decided to plan to kill him as there wasn't anyone to report him to , which makes sense since he decided to screw over a assassins business, then later on whilst stalking him, someone reported to him that I had a gun hidden. To which he then approached me so I had no choice but to act in the split second moment (as I was not in a place where I could run with him being so close and against a building) and shoot him instead of the original plan of stalking him to find the correct position to kill him, it was an assassination attempt gone wrong.
I'm not sure why I failrp was included or how I antagonised someone, the killing had nothing to do with OOC chat?

I issued this ban after consulting with 3 other staff members online at the time, and all of us agreed this was a violation. In addition, you were warned by staff a couple of days ago verbally that the toxicity you've recently been displaying won't be tolerated.

When the report was made, I as well as other staff members did a review of evidence. These logs stood out:

It was between this conversation I stepped in to break up the conversation. You continued past my first warning, so I gave another, and conversation eventually died down once you served your sentence. OOC isn't intended to be used as an area to complain about how an RP didn't evolve in the way you wanted.

Just because someone doesn't want to take you to court, is not sufficient to say they're corrupt. There's plenty of reasons why that might not be feasible, and it wouldn't be enough to kill over that.

In my eyes and others, this seems like a very clear cut case of you wanting to enact a vendetta on @Oneshott based off your argument in OOC, as there isn't sufficient evidence to support why you would murder a cop, in the middle of the city, without any buildup. A hitman wouldn't want to get caught, and murdering someone in the open like that would go against that.

Since I was tagged here and was directly involved in this situation and the situations the day before, I would like to run you through events from my perspective and clarify or even correct some things that I believe you got possibly incorrect.

A bit of background: @pufitee and I were the only police in the city other than a Swat SGT. After seeing your ads regarding human removal ("Not a hitman promise') we decided to start an investigation. During this investigation we went undercover and decided to attempt to make purchases from you, I believe this is what you are calling entrapment. Simply going undercover after you publicly solicit people to buy this service, is not entrapment.
We had a meeting with you, and set an agreement for you to kill a cop once payment was made, the cop being myself of course. I even took the clipboard you gave us as evidence and logged the fingerprints in character. This was all discussed with @pufitee and the SWT Sgt at the time, who could confirm this. We then tried to set a meeting, but you refused, so we went to your place to stake it out. We then saw a suspicious individual lurking behind a wall (While using third person clearly to spy) and we approached. You clearly had an idea what was going on and so we put you under gunpoint and detained you while we investigated. During this the extent of RP was mostly 'I didn't do it,  I want a lawyer,  I want to see a judge'.
I explained to you that none of these were currently available in the city and thus our investigation and the matching of your prints to the clipboard, as well as the large amounts of weapons found in a search of the building would stand. As a defense you told me that 'DNA doesn't mean anything, You are just a third party that helps the business, You are his identical twin and that's why the fingerprints match' and so forth. This went on for a little while of us going back and forth. The Chief was dealing with another situation (Pufitee at the time was the Chief) and so you were warranted and arrested for 10 minutes. The OOC debacle followed.

We then go to when you are released from prison. Things had quieted and we were in front of a night club in main street. I once again spot someone lurking behind the building (Using third person as far as I could tell). I tried to look around the building but you had already hidden. A few moments later you come out from behind the building and mingle with the group. It is then brought to my attention that you were using the cloak accesory to hide your gun. I hadn't even spotted it personally. When this was stated, you pulled it out, shot me, spat on my corpse, and then got killed by the 2 other cops that were around the group of civilians. You then whispered 'Worth it' and followed it by PM-ing me L Bozo (After having died).
You then left the server.

So a few things that I think you currently either have wrong, or are purposefully trying to change/leave out.

1: I was not the police chief, nor was I corrupt. We did a roleplay and investigation that lasted at minimum 30 minutes, and possibly even up to an hour. @pufitee‍  was the chief.

2: I didn't deny your request for court, I stated it was unavailable. That none existed within the city. You then cited Nexus Court room as proof that it did exist here, and I explained to you that it was currently not staffed and that there were no lawyers present in the city.

3: You only took issue with me in that whole investigation, even though the police chief @pufitee was involved as well. You also didn't even bother finding out whether I was the chief or not, seeing as clearly you thought I was. In the end @pufitee was the one that accepted the warrant and sent you to jail, rightfully so in my opinion. I believe the reason you only focused on me, and took issue with me is because of your OOC issues with me at this point. This sort of behaviour towards me has happened multiple times over multiple days.

4: And this is the one that I think is backed with pretty solid evidence as per @Night logs that he kindly provided. You killed me in character and stated here in the UBR thread "I'm not sure why I failrp was included or how I antagonised someone, the killing had nothing to do with OOC chat?". So according to you it had nothing to do with OOC antagonizing or vendetta's. I would then ask you why you chose to, PM me "L Bozo" before leaving the server. To me that reads as quite OOC and it feels like you are lying about it here now in my opinion.

That is my recollection of events, if I got any of it wrong I gladly invite @pufitee to correct holes in my memory, it did happen a few nights ago at this point. I hope this helped correct some things that I believed were being left out or stated incorrectly.

Since I was tagged in the post, I’d like to take the time to share my side of the story.

The night began with @Oneshott‍ and me deciding to engage in some police RP. I took on the role of Police Chief while @Oneshott‍ played the role of a Police Officer. It started as a regular patrol—ensuring peace and maintaining order in the city. During our patrol, we noticed an advertisement from "Oswald Cobblepot" promoting a "Human Removal" service, which immediately caught our attention. I decided to set up a meeting with the individual behind this suspicious ad, and to my surprise, he agreed. He asked me to meet him in the backstreets.

@Oneshott‍ and I quickly disguised ourselves and headed to the backstreet apartments, where we met with @Cicero‍. We sat down for a conversation, attempting to gather incriminating evidence. I led the questioning while @Oneshott‍ discreetly gathered additional evidence, including taking a clipboard to obtain fingerprints, as he mentioned in his post. The conversation lasted about 30 minutes, after which we left to discuss our next steps.

We convened at the Nexus with @Oneshott‍, myself, and another individual serving as the SWAT Chief. During this meeting, we reviewed the evidence we had collected, tested the clipboard for fingerprints, and deliberated on our next course of action.
It was decided that we would return to the backstreet, filling out the form on the clipboard to further implicate @Cicero‍ in an assassination attempt on a government employee. At this point, we had already determined to arrest him for conspiracy to commit the crime, along with several related charges. Upon our return, we found a note on the door instructing us to leave the money and clipboard under the door. With no immediate way forward, we began considering alternative plans and searching for potential leads.

While discussing options with @Oneshott‍, we received a radio call from the SWAT Sergeant about a suspicious individual near the Nexus wall. We immediately responded to the call, arriving to find a person hiding in the bushes with binoculars aimed toward the backstreet. We ordered him to stand against the wall while the SWAT Sergeant and @Oneshott‍ detained him.
Shortly after, gunshots erupted near the BP Garage by Mainstreet. I broke away to handle the situation at the gas station. Meanwhile, a warrant request for Oswald Cobblepot was submitted and accepted. Oswald was promptly arrested.

Later, I regrouped with @Oneshott‍, who was speaking with someone setting up a nightclub dupe at the AMPM. During our conversation, an individual approached us wearing a mask, cloak, and other accessories. This individual turned out to be Oswald. While I don’t recall the exact details leading up to the next event, I remember shots being fired. I rushed to the scene and saw my officer, @Oneshott‍, injured on the floor with Oswald standing over him, wielding a P90. I also recall Oswald spitting on the officer’s body using voice chat. In response, I fired at Oswald, fatally wounding him, as he had just killed a police officer in front of me.
Afterward, Oswald said "goodnight" in OOC and left the server, ending the situation.

Addressing Points Raised in @Oneshott‍'s Comment:

1. I served as Police Chief, and the investigation lasted for over an hour.
   
   
2. A court case could not be roleplayed due to the absence of a judicial system within the city (e.g., no judges, lawyers, or other legal roles).
   
   
3. I accepted the warrant and fully agreed with its justification.
