Description: A user's forum avatar won't render correctly due to it trying to locate the avatar in the wrong directory.

Bug observed since: A couple of days
Images/Screenshot: See above paste from browser console.
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the Bans page.
Observe your avatar no longer renders.
