Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Create an in-game mechanic to steal spawned vehicles and deliver them to a drop-off point, Or finding a player's vehicle which lists dynamically in an interface.

Inspiration taken from the FiveM RAHE Addon:



Suggested specifics:

• Player has 5 minutes to find the vehicle and enter it if not player owned, Otherwise it despawns (To protect a ton of random cars being created on the map, Evocity is small in comparison to GTA so they should be able to find these mostly with ease).
  
• Upon Stealing, Police are notified (Similar to 911 calls) including location
  
• Rewards/Items for successful deliveries only to this system (To encourage use)
  
• Same system could also be applied to similar suggestions (Such as Postal Deliveries)
  

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Allows players to earn cash and learn the map without contra-basing in isolation. Can also add REP reward features for higher classes of vehicles, etc.

But if I'm not mistaken, as a car thief you have to try to sell the car back to the owners and not just keep it for the sake of it? Wouldn't having this just cut out any possible rp?
Maybe a mechanic where you could actually chop shop the car and then the parts can be used to make something for criminals or sold to other players for something then at least this connects a criminal underground type rp and you have to actually have a shop/base set up instead of just running and stealing.
