Hello Community,

recently we got quite a lot of reports about outgoing mails that got lost in the wild.
Many users never received their password reset mails or activation mails.

We have just resolved this issue and you can now reset your password again.

Even though our mailserver configuration passes all vital security/signature tests,
please make sure to check your Spam folder, in case your provider puts a mail there.
This can happen due to the wording and content of a mail.
Mails that contain the word "password" are most likely deemed as phishing and some providers will send them to the spam folder.

When we conducted our tests, Outlook/Hotmail moved those mails to the spam folder whereas G-Mail left them in the inbox most of the time.

Thanks for your time,

Limelight Team
