Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Add the Gestures to the context menu when you hold C.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Gestures are a somewhat hidden feature on LL. They are hidden behind a strange key of F5. Without knowing or asking about gestures in general, this would seem to be a key they'd most likely never stroke. This would also let them much easily choose a gesture.

We need less menus attached to random keys.

PS. Valentines Day event menu is still bound to F3 (Or is it F2?)

Your reply gave me an idea, do you think there should be some sort of UI (if possible) within the Context Menu which displays a bunch of buttons for different UIs - F1 menu, etc. - instead of having these bound to the keyboard?
