Summary: So i was going to buy house i inside apartment but he locked the whole building with out buying the all doors and i asked him to  remove the door but he didn't respond and he got 1130 hours so i think he knows it is not allowed

I've had a look through logs. Russ didn't buy all the doors to the Mesa Apartments block which he needs to do in order to block off the main entrance.

Given Russ' hour count I will be issuing a warning for rule 7.1 (the rule relating to doors).
