Summary: As police, they were raiding without just cause and firing into the building in the aforementioned raid despite the only person in the bank being myself, who had hands up, as well as later harassing drivers via tailing and racing to catch up despite their target obeying traffic laws and them, again, having no justification behind their stalking, to try force traffic stops.

They mentioned upon breaching that the alarm went off, despite the alarm only being triggered when, from the angle that I was at, 2 men opened the door with weapons out and entered the bank before opening fire blindly, with the only engagement prior having been a short blip less than a second long, during the installation of the unit to test the key I set for double bindings, having occurred a fair few minutes prior without them caring less.

Looking at logs, it seems that there was a bit of confusion when it came to you sounding the alarm which had the reported players believe there was a robbery in progress. I'm unsure what the entire context is, but that part is mostly IC. I can't really punish for that in a reasonable way.

However, looking closer to later on that evening, I see this:

v2b [23:45:50] lilwhit904 (STEAM_0:1:116700023) said "this is now an active crime scene for money laurding you ethier pay us 10k or die"

Followed by the above player killing the person he was speaking to.

This was already handled by @Nev‍ with a weapons blacklist. As I can't see any proof against dxclan19, no punishments will be issued to him.
