Dear VWGolf,
thank you for your report. This particular incident has been concluded earlier this night. A while after both you and the accused had left the server, i took over the !report you filed ingame and issued a weapons blacklist for RDM.

Obviously the displayed conduct falls under RDM and is not acceptable. Even though you were not just standing idle, as claimed in this report (a little research showed you have been following and talking to declan for quite a while) he can not simply gun you down for that.

The report will be concluded as denied as the rule violation has already been prosecuted. Obviously this does not mean that the case itself is/was invalid.
